If you have hired us or someone else and need to add them to your Youtube Channel, this is the walkthrough for you.
Adding users is a simple 6 step process.
After going to your channel, you want to click on the avatar for your account, Then click on Settings.
On the settings page, there should be a section on the bottom that says Managers. If this is not here, you must create a new channel. The absence means you are on your personal channel, not a branded channel that has a lot more capability. Don’t worry, you do not need to make a new account if this is the case, just a new channel. As you can see the link to create a new channel is also on this page.
After Clicking the link you will see a button for managing permissions. You are almost there!
At the top right of the pop up will be a +Users symbol. Click here next.
This is where you add the users. If you are adding us, the email will be firstname.lastname@example.org .
Finally, you need to select the role for the new user. Once this is done, click Invite.
Now you have successfully added a user to your Youtube Channel.
